The jurisdiction extends from the boundary bridge of Ningpu Village in the south to Dafeng Peak in Zhangyuan Village in the north, and borders Hualien County. The irrigation water sources are all valley rivers in the Coastal Mountains. There are 47 relatively large canals, with an irrigation area of 1,294 hectares.
