Operational area under jurisdiction
The jurisdiction includes Beinan Canal and Shishan Canal, located in Taitung City and Beinan Township. The jurisdiction covers the Taitung coastline in the east, Taitung Civil Aviation Airport in the west, Zhiben Farm in the south, and Yanwan in the north, with a total irrigation area of 2,686 hectares.
Irrigation water source features
The water intakes of Beinan Canal and Shishan Canal under the jurisdiction of the station originate on Beinan River. Because the terrain slopes from west to east, the river water flows in the same direction into the Pacific Ocean
